Lifepo4 Deep Cycle Life 3000 Times Storage Lithium Battery For Car
Introduction
Lithium iron phosphate battery refers to a lithium-ion battery using lithium iron phosphate as the cathode material. There are many kinds of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries, among which lithium cobalt oxide is the cathode material used by most lithium-ion batteries. Lithium iron phosphate has been used as lithium battery material for a short time, and one of its main uses is as power battery. The performance of lithium-ion power battery mainly depends on the anode and cathode materials. Compared with Ni Mn and Ni Cd batteries, lithium iron phosphate battery has great advantages.
Precautions for Discharging
1. Discharging Current
The discharging current should not be higher than the maximum value described in this specification. Discharging with a higher current may result in the capacity fade and over-heat, even smoke or black material ejected from the case.
2. Discharging Temperature
The battery should be discharged under the absolute discharging temperature of -20℃~55℃ (As shown in the Technical Parameters table).
3. Over discharging
3.1 During normal usage, the battery management system should be applied to avoid over discharging. Once over discharging happens, the battery will be damaged or safety problem may occur.
3.2 What should be paid attention to is that the battery can be in the state of over discharging because of self-discharging during storing a long time. To avoid over discharging, the battery should be charged according to a fixed schedule, keep the battery within the 10%~30% SOC.
