Electric motor dynamometer For Top Efficiency
Introduction
(1) As a dynamometer, it must complete the two functions of loading and dynamometer (torsion measurement). Unlike traditional dynamometers, we did not specifically manufacture a special dynamometer body with a floating shell. Instead, we used mature mass-produced motors and torque sensors on the market to combine them into a dynamometer. There is no doubt. Such a dynamometer has low cost. As for the torque sensor, we can choose our base-type torque sensor or our flange-type torque sensor according to the needs of users.
(2)It can be operated in four quadrants, that is, it can be operated as a generator or a motor; it can be loaded in a forward direction or in a reverse direction. This is ideal for tests similar to engine tests that require reverse towing and gearbox tests that require positive and negative loading.

Especially for the fatigue life test using the busbar feedback type, the energy saving effect is very impressive. (Energy-saving efficiency mainly depends on the efficiency of the test bench transmission.
(4) The loading characteristics are very good: constant torque loading can be maintained below the rated speed (0 speed or even reverse), and constant power can be loaded above the rated speed.
(5) Due to loading The loader itself does not consume loading power (feedback to the grid or input), so the loader does not require a large amount of water as a medium like a hydraulic dynamometer and a device that requires water for cooling like an eddy current dynamometer.
(6) Fast response : Especially suitable for dynamic loading tests such as road spectrum test.
(7) Two working modes of constant torque (loading)/constant speed (reverse drag) can be used to meet different test needs.

(9) The stability of constant torque and constant speed control is unmatched by other loaders. It can maintain extremely high stability (0.1%-0.3%) in the full speed (even at zero speed) and torque range.

(11) According to user requirements, the loader can provide a computer program control interface according to the requirements, and the interface mode can be Analog signal Input, RS232, 485 and other interface input can also be input, the user can control the loader through the computer interface to realize the simulation test of various actual working conditions.
