Product Introduction:
New energy electric vehicle motor test bench is mainly used for conventional performance test, endurance and load test of vehicle new energy motor and its controller, as well as other user development and research test (such as: motor development, testing, comparison and other tests), in order to meet the needs of its electric vehicle project development. The test bench can complete the performance test of the motor used by electric vehicles, provide hardware test guarantee for users' independent research and development, assist users to improve the design scheme, verify product performance, etc.

Speed control accuracy: ≤±2 r/min /4000 r/min above,≤±1 r/min /4000 r/min below;
Speed measurement accuracy: ±1r/min;
Dynamometer minimum stable speed ≤10r/min, in stable speed can provide rated torque;
Refresh frequency of the measured speed: ≥ 1 kHz(displayed on the software interface during rapid experiment);
Applications
The SeeLong E-Motor test beds are used for analyzing and determining electrical, mechanical, thermal and acoustic properties. Functionality, reliability and durability tests and cold start performance measurements can be implemented under realistic conditions. The integrated SeeLong TCM automation system allows for fully automatic runs, so time and cost-efficient test ones for aII relevant test procedures.
All measurement data is saved with a uniform time stamp and can be processed further with the data post processing tool, The optional integration of the “Virtual Proving Ground” technology based on SeeLong SLM also offers a virtual development and test environment to implement integration, optimization and validation tasks even on the test bed.
The test specimen is (by means of simple parameterization) integrated in a virtual vehicle environment and tested systematically with reproducible, realistic driving maneuvers. Control units within the vehicle can be emulated in SeeLong SLM or connected as real devices to SeeLong SLM.
Environment Simulation
To perform test runs under realistic environmental conditions, SeeLong SE-Motor test beds are equipped with a coolant conditioning system (single- or two-circuit system) for electric motors to be tested, the relevant inverter and, optionally, a climatic chamber which enables environment simulation within the typical temperature and air humidity ranges specified in the European and Chinese testing recommendations.
Energy Supply
Different systems of the SeeLong SE-STORAGE product line are available for supplying the unit under test with energy: starting from a bidirectional DC power supply with excellent dynamic behavior, the SeeLong SE-STORAGE Battery Emulator (BE) is capable of realistically emulating the behavior of a vehicle battery, such as discharge or recharge by energy recovery.
